總體還不錯，衹是不要期待國外的早餐有多好，一居室房可以做飯，強力排煙機，晚餐煎了個牛排，後悔買了早餐，其實自己煎雞蛋也挺好。

總體來説還是可以的，站在窗口可以遠眺遠方的雪山。交通比較便利，就是酒店的停車位比較少，對來紐西蘭南島自駕的遊客不是很友好。地下停車場雖然有兩層還是三層，但是開下去的時候都滿了的，酒店是按照天數來收取的停車費，但是實際要是到晚了的話就會沒有停車位，需要自行尋找解決。 到皇后鎮的遊樂項目都比較近，到遊船的項目中心不到1公里，貌似租車在南島的時候皇后鎮是開車裡程最少的，便利度很棒。

No lift access for the top floor which makes it inconvenient for guest with big luggages.  Top floor has beautiful view and overall stay was  Comfortable with good service from staff.

The Hotel is a bit far from city, but we are driving, so not a problem. There is a sauna, spa and swimming pool. Rooms is big, clean and comfortable.

避雷這家酒店！首先，我和朋友都感受到了前台差別對待，辦理入住時一個白人女性和印度裔男性對我們服務態度冷漠，全程沒笑臉，但接待其他國家的人明顯更熱情。其次，這家酒店性價比很低，價格偏高但房間小設施舊。入住體驗也很奇怪，早上8點多來敲門確認是否續住，沒開門的情況下工作人員直接刷卡進來了。各方面都很難評，住得糟心，別訂。

I booked two rooms at this hotel as we were travelling with friends and the cheaper room got upgraded to lake view, while the more expensive one didn’t. There was no shower gel, shampoo was in single use bottles, shower door didn’t close properly and socket in the bathroom didn’t work, so I had to dry my hair away from the mirror. The room and bathroom were a little rundown, not what I was expecting for the price and the stars.

The hotel is well maintained and the reception was very helpful with our situation due to flight cancellation. Especially Silvester from the restaurant, he was very kind to accommodate our needs. We had a pleasant experience and would like to stay again next time.

We booked the lakeside suite. Every morning we are greeted by the amazing view! Just one minute walk from the bus stop, which connects the town centre and the airport. Convenient. Loved it and recommended!

服務很友好!設施較舊，關鍵是燒水壺裡汙垢很多，我試著燒開水並用紙巾反覆擦，都擦不乾淨，最後去超市買了一把新壺，因為現在還是冬天，我們連著住3天，沒熱水喝實在不行。環境不錯!

A really good hotel with fantastic staff , who are very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. The dinner is fantastic especially the lamb and catch of the day . The facilities are good with a nice jacuzzi and pool and a gym (with old equipment ). The hotel is great but their payment and online system is too old and slow and causes lots of issues and chaos for the staff . A hotel that is fantastic but just needs to modernise a bit more.
